John McBreen is a Web development consultant and founder of DesignApps, Inc., (www.designapps.com) which helps elected officials and small businesses with web site development strategy and implementation. He has been a consultant for over 12 years and is also the chief architect of WebProActive™ a software platform for automating web site management. His central goal is educating and enabling clients to make the best use of the Internet. He holds a B.S. from Bentley College.
Ian Sawyer is freelance writer, editor and consultant. He frequently supports clients with web site content and has enjoyed stints as a PR executive, copy editor and information architect consultant. He holds degrees from Ithaca College and Colgate University and currently lives in Portland, Maine.
